Our guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at Backwoods meets your highest standards—or you can return it for a replacement or refund. We have been outfitting outdoor adventurers since 1973! And in that time, we’ve learned a lot about what makes great customer service.
We are committed to making sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, simply return your unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 45 days of original purchase for a full refund.
NOTE: For your Safety and Hygiene, there are NO returns on the following Items/Categories- *Any climbing gear and Underwear & Swimwear cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
For all returns made after 45 days of original purchase, Backwoods will gladly make an exchange for the price at the time of sale.
